Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.
For example, if you order a bodycon dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 7-30 business days of shipping time if you select super saving shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-35 business days. And you can expect to receive it in 5-10 business days if you select expedited shipping (2-5 business days).

Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

1. It will only take 1-2 business days after we ship your order. If you choose Standard Flat Shiping, it will take 7-25 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Do you need another size, color or pattern? Have a smooth exchange while it is in stock.
Return (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Elements must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all original labels. Make sure that all items in the packaging are intact! Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred and there is no refund.
The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Buy not suitable for return
End-of-Sale items are excluded for return or exchange.
- Bathrobes can only be returned / exchanged if they are broken, damaged or incorrect.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem / error after submitting the return / exchange request online.
Order cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send a help ticket from Contact Us if you want to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours prior to shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. We DO NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
